I have been training with Coach Angela since June 2012. After receiving emails for 2 years, I finally decided to try it out. I conned my best friend/neighbor (thank you Gosia) to join with me, making the plunge less scary.
We did the 21-day challenge and were very impressed. I have learned so much. While sitting in on a nutrition seminar, I finally realized the destruction I had been causing myself by years of poor eating habits, diets and skipping meals. By cutting back on food, I was sabotaging myself to a vicious yo-yo effect. It is very difficult to turn around lifelong bad habits but I’m slowly getting there. Eating more of the right foods took some getting used to but is paying off. I am in the best shape I have ever been in my life.
As for exercise, I was never very athletic but have come to find out that I am stronger than I ever thought I could be. Although I am still accident prone, Angela is always there to adjust the workout so that whatever level I am at, I can be challenged.
